Following the reflection workshop on 30 March 2017, PIREN-Seine has published a document summarising the exchanges.
The workshop, on the theme of "Urban and agricultural prospects", hosted 30 or so participants for a half-day of exchanges and reflection. Led by Xavier Poux, from the AScA research office, and Sabine Barles, from Université Paris 1, the workshop provided an update on the current state of research into urban and agricultural prospects, and proposed linking the two themes on issues relating to the links between towns and rural areas.
The summary document available from PIREN-Seine traces the exchanges over the course of the day. It includes the presentations by AScA and by Master’s students in Planning at Paris 1 supervised by Sabine Barles, as well as a summary of the main themes of reflection which emerged over the course of the day.
